Prescription Renewal 24 Hour Line:
Our office has a 24 hour phone number for prescription renewal requests from our patients. We will make every attempt to process your request, as appropriate, within two (2) regular business days.
If you received your prescription from one of our providers you may use the Prescription Renewal Line to leave a request for our clinical staff. The clinical staff will need to review your medical record and obtain approval from your provider for all medication renewals. Please do not wait until your prescription runs out as it may cause a break in your medication therapy.
You will need to leave the following information in your message to us:
· Patient's Name
· Phone number (in case their is a question with your request)
· Name and strength of the medication
· How often you take the medication
· Name of the pharmacy you use
We may request you to come in and see your provider. If your prescription cannot be renewed without seeing your provider, we will contact you directly to let you know and schedule your appointment.
Patients who are signed up to use our Patient Portal may request prescriptions through the portal system.
